‘‘ I can’t recommend Kate’s yoga classes enough. Her instruction covers all levels of ability and she is very thoughtful and encouraging throughout. Each week there is something new / slightly different which is great and Kate’s enthusiasm for yoga is apparent and contagious. Classes are light hearted and you leave feeling more positive and relaxed than when you started.

I took the plunge and decided to give yoga a go a few months ago. Now I don't know how I lived without it. I was apprehensive before my first class, but was made to feel welcome. Just Be Yoga classes are so varied and Kate caters for all levels of ability. Some of the health benefits I have found have been: improved sleep, better concentration, overall better muscle strength and less injuries when playing sport or gym training.
